Lunch and Yoga in the Oaks

Join us for an immersive experience among the wisdom of the white oaks. This event will include yoga and crystal bowl sound bath on a deck that overlooks the valley with the shelter of ancient oaks. Following the yoga and sound bath, participants will be invited to take a mindful walk through the grape vines to arrive at a beautiful shaded area for meditation and a 3-course intuitively guided lunch with wine pairings.

Keeler Estate Vineyard is dedicated to biodynamic and organic farming and wine production, a technique that is deeply respectful and regenerative for the Earth. Both Katrina McGiffin (of Nourish and Be) and Kerry Jones (of Electric Gourmet) have similar guiding principles for their businesses with the belief that nourishing our bodies should be done in a way that is restorative for both our individual human body, as well as for the Earth body upon which we all live.

Katrina McGiffin MSN, CYT will be guiding yoga, sound bath and meditation. The intuitive 3-course lunch will be provided by Chef Kerry of Electric Gourmet alongside wine pairings from Keeler Estate Vineyard.
